KORT's Clays Mill center is conveniently located in the front of the Keithshire Place Shopping Center at 3340 Clays Mill Road, Suite 120. We are across the street from New Life Lexington and between Thai Street Food Kitchen and Mister Cuts and Company.

Our Team

Cameron Fulcher, P.T., DPT, OCS, Center Director

Cameron earned a doctorate of physical therapy and bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Kentucky. He was born into a military family in Augusta, Georgia and has traveled much of the world. Cameron's clinical interest include general orthopedics and sports-related injury. His hobbies include basketball, running, reading and tap dancing.

Matt Hall, P.T., DPT, COMT

Matt is a graduate of Transylvania University and the University of Kentucky. He is a member of both the Kentucky and the American Physical Therapy Associations and has been a practicing physical therapist since 1995 with experience in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Matt's areas of professional interests include gait and movement analysis, and pain science. His personal interests include exploring the outdoors, reading and spending time with his wife and sons.

Catherine Hurst, PTA

Catherine grew up in Nicholasville, KY and graduated from Asbury University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She then continued her education at Somerset Community College earning an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant. Her clinical interests include orthopedic and sports injuries, vestibular dysfunction and strokes. She loves to either draw, craft and paint or camp, hike and explore.

OrthoVive Joint Health

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. We support your success through pre-operative education, prehabilitation and post-operative care.

Pediatric Therapy

We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
