KORT Hamburg is conveniently located on the corner of Man O' War Boulevard and Pink Pidgeon. Parking spaces are reserved for our patients on the left side of the building. Our center is located just inside the building's left entrance in Suite 140.

We treat orthopedic physical therapy with a strong emphasis on manual physical therapy, functional activity restoration and individualized care. Our proven techniques benefit a wide range of individuals suffering from injuries or pain associated with work, auto accident, back and neck, or peripheral joint problems (involving the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle), dizziness and sports injuries.

We provide a fun, friendly environment to help you reach your goals to full recovery.

Our Team

Rob Swayze, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT, Center Manager

Rob has been practicing outpatient orthopedic therapy since 1995. He has a specialty certification in orthopedics and manual therapy and is a board-certified orthopedic specialist. Rob successfully completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual therapy. Rob is committed to providing quality, hands-on care for every patient. His passion is to help patients achieve their specific goals and assist them in returning to the activities they want to do. During his spare time, he is taking care of his three boys and swimming for the UK Masters swim team.

Yousef Suleiman, P.T., DPT

Yousef earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2019 and bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2015 from the University of Kentucky. His clinical interests include orthopedic conditions, sports medicine, hands-on therapy and injury prevention. Yousef is committed to helping patients return to their prior level of function and optimizing their health. Yousef enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his wife and family and cheering for the Wildcats and Packers.

Allison Keeney, P.T., DPT

Allison earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kentucky and bachelor's degree in health sciences from Western Kentucky University. Allison's special interests include general orthopedics, gait, balance and return to sport rehabilitation. Allison loves traveling, hiking and taking naps. She also enjoys volunteering with adaptive sports including surfing, ice hockey and basketball.

Giuseppe Michelone, P.T., DPT

Giuseppe earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2022 and bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2018 from the University of Kentucky. Giuseppe's clinical interests include orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy and injury prevention. He is committed to providing quality care and helping patients return to doing the activities they love. Giuseppe enjoys running, working out, hiking, reading and cheering for the Kentucky Wildcats and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Koichiro "Ko" Nakanishi, P.T., DPT

Ko earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2023 from the University of Kentucky. He also completed the massage therapy program at Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2014. His clinical interests include orthopedic conditions, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy and injury prevention. His passion is to enhance people's quality of life by improving physical function, decreasing pain/discomfort, and addressing goals that are specific to each patient. Ko enjoys playing tennis, hiking, camping and spending time with his family.

Ky Pak, PTA

Ky earned his associate of applied science in physical therapist assistant in 2018 from Somerset Community College. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA), orthopedic section of the APTA, and the geriatric section of the APTA. His clinical interests include manual therapy, injury prevention, chronic low back pain and pain science. He is committed to getting his patients back to life and empowering them to take back their health. In his spare time, Ky likes to workout, spend time with his wife, hiking and playing basketball.
