KORT Tates Creek is conveniently located in the Tates Creek Centre shopping center on the corner of Man O’ War Boulevard and Tates Creek Road.  Our center offers convenient parking with plenty of availability.  We treat orthopaedic physical therapy with a strong emphasis on manual physical therapy, functional activity restoration and individualized care. Our proven techniques benefit a wide range of individuals suffering from injuries or pain associated with work, auto accident, back and neck, or peripheral joint problems (involving the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle), dizziness and sports injuries. Specialty services offered at this center include Recovery and Reconditioning, Personalized Orthopaedic Weight Reduction (POWR),  ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and custom orthotics. We provide a fun, friendly environment to help you reach your goals to full recovery.
Our Team

Tricia S. Brown, PT, DPT, OCS, STC

Tricia is the clinic director and is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and the University of St. Augustine. She received her Sports Therapy Certification (STC) from The University of St. Augustine in 2006 and her Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) certification in 2010 and has over 19 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy. Tricia received her ReVital (cancer rehabilitation) certification in 2017 and enjoys helping cancer survivors and those currently in the fight to live their best lives. She has special interests in sports-specific care and rehabilitation, general orthopedics, manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, and the treatment of cervical pain and headaches. In her free time, she loves hiking, playing and enjoying music and sports, and spending time with her husband and three kids.

Matt Hall, PT, DPT, OCS

Mattis a graduate of Transylvania University and the University of Kentucky. A board-certified specialist (OCS), he is a member of both the Kentucky and the American Physical Therapy Associations. He has been a practicing physical therapist since 1995 and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Matt’s areas of professional interests include gait and movement analysis, and pain science.  His personal interests include: exploring the outdoors, reading (theology and history), and spending time with his wife and sons.

Thomas Walther, PT, DPT, OCS

Thomas graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for his Physical Therapy degree and Brigham Young University in Utah for his undergraduate degree in Biology. He is a member of the Kentucky and American Physical Therapy Associations. Thomas is also a graduate of KORT’s Orthopedic Residency program. Special interests include: general orthopedics, manual therapy, and treating neck and back pain. He is originally from Riverside, Nevada and loves the outdoors, sports, music and spending time with his wife and 5 children.

Kristofer Kendrick, P.T., DPT, OCS, ATC

Kristofer graduated from Shenandoah University with a doctorate of physical therapy and master's degree in athletic training. His physical therapy interests are sports-related injuries, including concussions, and treating various spine-related issues. He completed an extensive KORT Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency program to further his expertise and enhance his clinical skills. Most recently, he began incorporating the Personalized Orthopedic Weight Reduction (POWR) program into his practice. Kristofer enjoys spending time with his daughter, Gwen, cooking, playing video games and hiking with his wife, Cynthia.

Allison Keeney, PT, DPT

Allison graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences was earned in 2014 from Western Kentucky University. Allison’s special interests include general orthopedics, gait, balance, and return to sport rehabilitation. Outside of practicing physical therapy, Allison loves traveling, hiking, and taking naps. She also enjoys volunteering with adaptive sports including surfing, ice hockey, and basketball.

Erin Fry, PTA

Erin graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient facilities ever since. She moved from Pennsylvania to work for KORT in July of 2017. She enjoys spoiling her dog, traveling, baking, and trying new foods.
