Donovan Liter, P.T., DPT
Donovan earned his bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2021 and his doctorate in physical therapy from Trine University in 2025. His clinical interests include orthopedics and vestibular rehab. Donovan enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf, playing cards and watching University of Kentucky basketball.
Shayne Thomas, P.T., DPT
Shayne earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science at Liberty University in 2015. She then graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from Wingate University in 2018.
Shayne has a passion for pelvic health and has specialized training in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. She finds joy in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, along with going for family walks, reading and exercising.

OrthoVive Joint Health
Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. Pediatric Therapy
We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
