KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our clinics, at employer sites, and with high school, college, and professional sports teams.

We are pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our extended hours offer you the flexibility of before work or after work appointments. With the convenience of same-day or next-day appointments, you can begin your recovery right away. Our Team

Teresa Smith, P.T., DPT, OCS, CSCS, WCS, Center Director

Teresa graduated with a master's degree from the University of Kentucky and doctorate of physical therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Prior to joining KORT, she worked at Cincinnati Children's with the orthopedic and sports medicine team. She is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and certified strength and conditioning specialist. She cares for professional dancers at Louisville Ballet Company and students at local dance studios. She has treated performers traveling with Broadway shows including Book of Mormon, Flashdance and Newsies. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Orthopedic Sports Physical Therapy and Journal of Dance Medicine and Science. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, dance medicine and pelvic health. Teresa enjoys spending time with family doing anything outdoors.

Greg Austin, P.T., DPT

Greg completed his undergraduate degree at Western Kentucky University in his hometown of Bowling Green, KY. Three years later, Greg earned a doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Kentucky. He traveled to Ecuador to volunteer in a free clinic and spent three months treating patients on a Navajo reservation in Arizona. Greg enjoys going to the gym, being with friends and making people laugh.

Callie E. Latham, P.T., DPT, OCS

Callie is a graduate of Bellarmine's doctorate of physical therapy program and completed an orthopedic residency through the University of Augustine. She is an orthopedic specialist with a sub-specialty in pelvic health. She is a full-time professor at Bellarmine with focuses in anatomy, orthopedics and pelvic health, and works part-time at KORT Downtown with orthopedic and pelvic health patients. She has passions for teaching, working with patients and learning from her students, co-workers and patients. She also enjoys being outdoors or traveling with her husband, two little girls and dog.

Selena Sorensen, P.T., DPT

Selena completed her undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University and doctorate of physical therapy at Sacred Heart University. She has a background in dance and circus arts and completed specialty courses with the CircusDoc to develop her skills to treat performing artists. Her areas of clinical interest in physical therapy include performing arts, dance medicine and hypermobility syndromes. Selena has a passion for learning new things and helping people. She also enjoys reading, baking and taking recreational dance classes.

Joselyn Smeltzer, PTA

Joselyn received a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2018 from Purdue University and a physical therapy assistant degree in 2021 from Ivy Tech. She has a background in dance and personal training. She has a passion for helping people and learning about the body. She enjoys volunteering at her church, hiking and having cooking competitions with her husband.
