Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our centers, at employer sites and with high school, college and professional sports teams.

We are pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our Team

Sara Flowers, P.T., DPT, Center Director

Sara earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University and bachelor's degree in health and human performance from the University of Louisville. She is trained in trigger point dry needling, functional capacity evaluations, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Her clinical interests are orthopedics, sports medicine and geriatrics.

Lily Simmons, P.T., DPT

Lily is a 2019 graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned a doctorate in physical therapy. She also graduated in 2015 from the University of Louisville where she earned a bachelor's degree in health and human performance with a concentration in exercise science. She was a member of the University of Louisville Ladybirds Dance Team. Lily has a clinical interest in orthopedics, hands-on therapy and dance rehabilitation.

Mason Sullivan, P.T., DPT

Mason earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Bellarmine University and bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Louisville. Mason is a trained vestibular therapist and certified to perform Works-STEPS evaluations. He is the physical therapy liaison for Southern High School athletics. Mason's interests are orthopedics, vestibular and post-operative rehabilitation.

Brian Shirley, P.T., DPT

Brian is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he earned a doctorate in physical therapy. Previously, he attended Bellarmine University and earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science. Brian is certified to perform WorkSTEPS testing. Brian is a member of the American Physical therapy Association and Kentucky Physical Therapy Association and has a clinical interest in post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine and hands-on therapy.

Esther Winn, P.T., DPT

Esther earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine after a career as a dancer and dance teacher. She previously attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a bachelor's degree in performing arts. Her clinical experience is in orthopedics, pelvic health and dance medicine. She has also received specialized training in functional manual therapy, an approach to manual techniques that works toward functional efficiency and coordinated movement patterns. Esther enjoys being outside, traveling with her fiancé and convincing her dog to behave.

Alex Tindal, OTD, OTR/L

Alex earned his occupational therapy doctorate from Spalding University in 2023 as well as a bachelor's degree in health and human performance from University of Louisville in 2020. He has a special interest in treating dysfunction of the elbow, wrist and hand. Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, and dog, Moe, as well as golfing, running and playing pickleball.

Joyce Lay, OTR/L, CHT

Joyce is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in occupational therapy. She is a certified hand therapist with a background in augmented soft tissue mobility, application of kinesio taping, trained for Functional Capacity Evaluations and certified in manual therapy for the upper extremity.
