Sara Flowers, P.T., DPT, Center Director
Sara earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University and bachelor's degree in health and human performance from the University of Louisville. She is trained in trigger point dry needling, functional capacity evaluations, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Her clinical interests are orthopedics, sports medicine and geriatrics.
Lily Simmons, P.T., DPT, OCS
Lily is a 2019 graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned a doctorate in physical therapy. She also graduated in 2015 from the University of Louisville where she earned a bachelor's degree in health and human performance with a concentration in exercise science. She was a member of the University of Louisville Ladybirds Dance Team. Lily has a clinical interest in orthopedics, hands-on therapy and dance rehabilitation.
Esther Winn, P.T., DPT
Esther earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine after a career as a dancer and dance teacher. She previously attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a bachelor's degree in performing arts. Her clinical experience is in orthopedics, pelvic health and dance medicine. She has also received specialized training in functional manual therapy, an approach to manual techniques that works toward functional efficiency and coordinated movement patterns. Esther enjoys being outside, traveling with her fiancé and convincing her dog to behave.
Nicholas Barnett, P.T., DPT
Nick earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Bellarmine University and his bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Louisville. While at Louisville, Nick worked for the football sports medicine staff. A technician at KORT Preston prior to attending physical therapy school, Nick is happy to have rejoined the team as a physical therapist. His clinical interests include orthopedics, geriatrics, sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation.
Zach Tussey, P.T., DPT
Zach earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Bellarmine University in 2025. He previously attended Transylvania University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science. He had a clinical rotation at KORT Preston as a student before he joined the team as a physical therapist. Zach has a clinical interest in vestibular rehabilitation and geriatrics.
Joyce Lay, OTR/L, CHT
Joyce is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in occupational therapy. She is a certified hand therapist with a background in augmented soft tissue mobility, application of kinesio taping, trained for Functional Capacity Evaluations and certified in manual therapy for the upper extremity.

OrthoVive Joint Health
Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. Pediatric Therapy
We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
