Our Team

Troy L. Grubb, P.T., DPT, OCS, ATC, center manager

In practice since 1995, Troy has extensive experience and expertise as a physical therapist and athletic trainer and is a board-certified specialist in orthopedics. His treatment is empathetic, patient-centered and evidence-informed.

In addition to clinical patient care, Troy serves as faculty and director of the Select Medical Orthopedic Residency Program in physical therapy. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, the American Physical Therapy Association, the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainers' Association. He is a former member and past Chair of the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy and is also a veteran of the US Army Infantry.

Troy earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Louisville and his doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University.

Rob Gentile, P.T., DPT, OCS

In practice since 1994, Rob excels in treating the spine and sports related injuries. He completed a doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University in 2008 and bachelor's degree in psychology and physical therapy from the University of Louisville in 1994. He has an unofficial doctorate in Bourbon history.

Brad Wagner, P.T., DPT, OCS, CSCS

Brad has been with KORT since 2007. He earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University in 2006 after graduating from Western Kentucky University. Brad was board-certified in orthopedics in 2011 by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and certified as a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2004. He is also certified to perform instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. His interests include sports medicine and orthopedic injuries.

Kaitlin Peterson, P.T., DPT, OCS

Kaitlin joined the KORT team initially in 2015 as a technician, and returned in 2020 as a physical therapist . She received a bachelor's degree in Spanish and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kentucky . She grew up in Louisville where she attended DuPont Manual High School. Her clinical interests include geriatrics, and she aspires to be board-certified in orthopedics. She enjoys spending time at the lake with friends and family.

Craig Satterley, P.T., DPT, OCS

Craig earned a doctorate of physical therapy and bachelor's degree at Bellarmine University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and the Health and Policy Administration Technology and Global Health Special Interest groups. Clinically, Craig is interested in orthopedic manual physical therapy, as well as global health initiatives with experience providing physical therapy services for underserved populations in Guatemala. Craig enjoys an active lifestyle playing soccer, weight lifting, traveling, playing guitar and piano, reading and being outdoors.

Andrea Vivona, PTA

Andrea joined KORT in 2002 as a technician, and rejoined the team as a physical therapist assistant in 2010. She earned physical therapist assistant certification from Jefferson Community and Technical College, and has a bachelor's degree from Georgetown College. Andrea is an avid traveler and photographer. She is a PADI and NAUI certified SCUBA instructor, and enjoys teaching scuba in her spare time.

OrthoVive Joint Health

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. Pediatric Therapy

We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation is the first nationwide comprehensive oncology rehabilitation program of its kind.
