Our Team

Troy L. Grubb, P.T., DPT, OCS, ATC

Troy has extensive experience as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. He holds a doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University after receiving his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Louisville. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedics (OCS) and is a member of the Kentucky board of physical therapy. Troy currently serves as the orthopedic residency coordinator for KORT. He specializes in manual therapy with a strong emphasis in orthopedics and sports medicine.

Rob Gentile, P.T., DPT, OCS

Rob is a board certified specialist in orthopedics by the American physical therapy board of specialization. In practice since 1995, he is experienced in treating the spine as well as all other orthopedic conditions. He completed his doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University in 2008 and holds bachelor's degree in psychology as well as physical therapy.

Brad Wagner, P.T., DPT, OCS, CSCS

Brad joined the team in 2007. He earned his doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University after graduating from Western Kentucky University. Brad is certified to perform functional capacity evaluations and augmented soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) while expertly treating all orthopedic and sports medicine injuries.

Kaitlin Peterson, P.T., DPT, OCS

Kaitlin joined the KORT team in 2015 as a technician and returned in 2020 as a physical therapist. She received a bachelor's degree in Spanish and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. She grew up in Louisville where she attended duPont Manual High School. Her clinical interests include geriatrics and she aspires to be board-certified in orthopedics. She enjoys spending time at the lake with friends and family.

Craig Satterley, P.T., DPT, OCS

Craig earned a doctorate of physical therapy and bachelor's degree at Bellarmine University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and the Health and Policy Administration Technology and Global Health Special Interest groups. Clinically, Craig is interested in orthopedic manual physical therapy, as well as global health initiatives with experience providing physical therapy services for underserved populations in Guatemala. Craig enjoys an active lifestyle playing soccer, weight lifting, traveling, playing guitar and piano, reading and being outdoors.

Andrea Vivona, PTA

Andrea joined the team in 2002. She graduated from Georgetown College with a bachelor's degree. She continued her education at JCTC, earning her degree as a physical therapy assistant. Andrea is involved with Habitat for Humanity, and is on the Bike Trek planning committee (ALA of KY). Her hobbies include cycling, SCUBA diving, running, caving and photography.
