Our Team

Tyler Curry, P.T., DPT, OCS, Center Manager

Tyler was born and raised in southern Louisiana. He earned a doctorate of physical therapy from LSU Health - New Orleans in 2017 before moving to Kentucky and joining the KORT team. He treats a variety of orthopedic, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions, but specializes in sports medicine, working with athletes of all ages and backgrounds. He serves as the physical therapy liaison for Fairdale High School. He is also trained in dry needling and the Graston technique. Tyler lives in south Louisville and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching and playing soccer, gaming and trying new restaurants.

Crystal Rodriguez, P.T., DPT

Crystal earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2020 and bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2016 from Bellarmine University. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, oncology rehabilitation and lymphedema management. She lives in Shepherdsville with her husband, two boys and two corgis. She enjoys reading, hiking and sports, specifically soccer and football.

Raven Powell, P.T., DPT

Raven was born in Alexandria, La., and earned an undergraduate in 2018 at Louisiana Tech University and doctorate in 2021 from Bellarmine University. Her fiancé is also a physical therapist and works at KORT Shively. Raven enjoys treating orthopedic conditions such as knee, hip, shoulder and spine, in addition to balance training. Her hobbies include art, volunteering, theatre, tennis, dance, hiking, spending time with family and friends and playing with her dogs.
