KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our centers, at employer sites and with high school, college and professional sports teams.

Our Team

Clint Morris, P.T., DPT, OCS, SCS, Cert DN, Center Director

Clint earned a bachelor's degree in health science and doctorate in physical therapy. He has completed Select Medical's orthopedic residency program, and is board certified in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as both of the Academies of Orthopedics and Sports Physical Therapy. He serves as an adjunct lab instructor at Bellarmine University. Clint specializes in treating athletic populations, but enjoys treating orthopedic and post-operative patients. He spends his free time with his wife, Kayla, and two children, Sawyer and Chandler.

Macy Holdsworth, P.T., DPT, TPI Certified Medical Level 3

Macy is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a degree in exercise science as well as playing on the baseball team. He attended Bellarmine University and received a doctorate in physical therapy. Macy is a member of the orthopedic and sports specialty sections with the American Physical Therapy Association. Macy is Titleist Performance Institute certified in working with golfers. His professional interests include sports performance physical therapy, return to play and orthopedics. Macy enjoys playing golf, working out and spending time with his wife and son.

Jamie Karr, PTA, DPT

Jamie is a graduate of Bellarmine University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and doctorate of physical therapy. She was a member of Bellarmine Universities cross country and track teams from 2003-2008 and nationally ranked in the Steeple Chase. Her professional interests include general orthopedics, hands-on therapy and working with the running population. Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, Accalia and Raelynn. She has also volunteered multiple seasons coaching her two daughters in a local youth basketball league.
