KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our centers, at employer sites and with high school, college and professional sports teams.

Our center is pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our extended center hours offer you the flexibility of before work or after work appointments. With the convenience of same-day or next-day appointments, you can begin your recovery right away. Our Team

Laura Abell, P.T., DPT, OCS, Center Director

Laura earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Evansville and bachelor's degree at Campbellsville University. Laura has been a member of KORT's team since 2010. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, which she obtained after completing orthopedic residency at KORT in 2011. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association and the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Her clinical interests include treatment of orthopedic conditions, with an emphasis on manual therapy. Laura performs instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and trigger point dry needling as part of her manual therapy techniques. Laura's personal interests include cycling, being outdoors, cooking and spending time with family.

Tanner Wilson, P.T., DPT

Tanner earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Western Kentucky University and bachelor's degree from Campbellsville University. He is originally from Glasgow and resides in Campbellsville with his wife and dog. His clinical interests include a wide variety of orthopedic cases and athletes. His goal with every patient is to treat everyone as if they were a family member. His favorite hobbies include hunting, fishing, reading, hiking and fantasy football.

Lauren Robinson, PTA

Lauren has been part of the KORT team for her entire professional career. She graduated in 2011 with a degree in applied science from Jefferson Community and Technical College. Her clinical interests include pre- and post-operative care, working with athletes recovering from sports injuries, injury prevention, treating patients in their homes with the KORT Outreach program and caring for the geriatric population. She strives for a positive patient experience and believes therapy can be an enjoyable experience. She enjoys cheering on her oldest daughter at her sporting events and loving on and playing with her younger two daughters.
