Our Team

Teresa Smith, P.T., DPT, OCS, CSCS, Clinic Director

Teresa graduated with an entry-level master's degree from the University of Kentucky and doctorate of physical therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Prior to joining KORT, she worked at Cincinnati Children's with the orthopedic and sports medicine team. She is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and certified strength and conditioning specialist. She cares for professional dancers at Louisville Ballet Company, as well as students at local dance studios. She has treated performers traveling with Broadway shows including Book of Mormon, Flashdance and Newsies. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Orthopedic Sports Physical Therapy and Journal of Dance Medicine and Science. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, dance medicine and pelvic health. Teresa enjoys spending time with her family doing anything outdoors.

Greg Austin, PT, DPT

Greg completed his undergraduate degree at Western Kentucky University in his hometown of Bowling Green, KY. Three years later, Greg earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Kentucky. During his time in PT school, he traveled to Ecuador to volunteer in a free clinic and spent three months treating patients on a Navajo reservation in Arizona. When he is not in the clinic, Greg enjoys going to the gym, kickin’ it with friends, and making people laugh.

Chloe Lilly, P.T., DPT, CSCS

Chloe graduated from Hanover College prior to earning a doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Kentucky. Born and raised in Louisville, she has been a lifelong athlete and has traveled throughout the Midwest and as far as Brazil playing soccer. Chloe is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and loves helping people reach their full potential. She is interested in hands-on therapy, pain neuroscience and bridging the gap between rehabilitation and sports performance. Chloe likes traveling, reading and keeping fit in the gym.

Kristen Pollock, ATC

Kristen is a native of Cincinnati, OH and earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Medical Professions from The Ohio State University in 2008. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo in 2010. Prior to joining KORT, Kristen worked at Libbey High School in Toledo, OH. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society. Her professional interests lie in injury prevention, primarily in the lower extremity. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys Ohio State football, traveling, hiking, and being outdoors.

Erica Ciresi, ATC

Erica was born and raised in Louisville. She graduated from Murray State University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training. Erica has an interest in Kinesio Taping and is certified in Functional Movement Screens. When she's not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports and cooking.

Breonna McKee, MSAT, ATC

Breonna is a native to eastern Kentucky, but attended high school in Georgetown, KY where her family now resides. She received a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance with a concentration in exercise science and master's degree in athletic training at the University of Louisville. Breonna is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, Southeastern Athletic Trainers' Association and Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society. She is passionate about providing the highest level of care to athletes. Breonna enjoys being with friends and family, listening to live music and trying new food.
