Our Team

Jackie Neugornet, P.T., DPT, WCS, Center Manager

Jackie received a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University and bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University Sacramento. She specializes in pelvic health therapy and is passionate about helping people overcome pelvic pain, incontinence and more. She is also a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation certified therapist and gets great joy out of helping people through cancer treatments and into survivorship. She enjoys reading, rock climbing, running and game nights with family.

Calista Hammonds, P.T., DPT

Calista received a doctorate of physical therapy, bachelor's degree in health science and strength and conditioning and associate degree in personal training from the University of Findlay. She is specialized in pelvic health therapy and passionate about educating and helping patients to feel like their best self again. She strives to help patients overcome pelvic floor conditions and to be someone who is there to listen and create a strong patient-therapist connection. She enjoys going on hikes and walks with her husband, spending time with family, reading, exercising, playing board and word games and listening to Taylor Swift.

Emily Fulkerson, PTA

Emily graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with an associate degree and from the University of Louisville with a bachelor's degree in health and human performance with a concentration in exercise science and psychology. From pediatrics to veterans to patients who have spinal cord injuries, Emily has worked with numerous populations. Her orthopedic and ergonomic testing experience only further established an appreciation for an undervalued perspective of treatment: pelvic floor health. Emily enjoys spending time with her two energetic cats and taking care of her vast amount of plants.
