Our Team

Kristin Oliverio, P.T., DPT

Kristin is the center director and joined our KORT team in 2005. She earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2007 from Regis University and a master's degree in physical therapy in 2005 from the University of Kentucky. Kristin is certified to perform functional capacity evaluations, post-offer employment tests through AEI and augmented soft tissue mobilization. She has a certification in Personalized Orthopedic Weight Reduction (POWR) and vestibular rehabilitation therapy. Kristin specializes in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, vestibular conditions and industrial medicine. She enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.

Kevin Owens, PT, DPT

Kevin has a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University (2007), and a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from University of Louisville (2002). Kevin has a certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) and training in the KORT POWR (weight reduction) program. Kevin specializes in treating orthopedic injuries, vestibular conditions, and post-concussion syndrome. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and is very active in his church.

Ashley Hartlage, P.T., DPT

Ashley is from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She earned bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2017 from the University of Louisville and doctorate in physical therapy in 2020 from Bellarmine University. Her interests include various shoulder pathologies, low back pain and fall prevention in the elderly. Ashley enjoys forming a connection with patients. She enjoys playing golf, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and spending time with her friends and family.

Louis Walker III, P.T., DPT

Louis is from Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology in 2016 from Thomas More College and doctorate in physical therapy in 2020 from Bellarmine University. His clinical interest includes sports-related injuries and shoulder, knee, and cervical spine pathologies. Louis enjoys playing basketball (he played at Thomas More College), spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals.

Jane Murphy, MHS, OTR/L, CHT

Jane Murphy, MHS, OTR/L, CHT earned a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Occupational Therapy in 1992 and later, her master's from the University of Indianapolis. She specializes in hand therapy and has been certified in Hand Therapy since 1999. She is also certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE's) and has experience in the performance of Post-Offer Employment Tests (POET's) and the treatment of lymphedema.

Mollie McCormick, P.T., DPT

Mollie graduated from the University of Dayton with her bachelor's degree in exercise physiology in 2015 and her doctorate of physical therapy in 2018. She enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions, with a special interest in running-related injuries. Mollie is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is an avid Wisconsin sports fan, especially the Green Bay Packers. Outside of work she enjoys swimming, hiking, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Ryan Kasper, P.T., DPT

Ryan is from Bridgeport, OH, a small town near Wheeling, WV. He graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s in exercise science with a psychology minor and in December 2020 with the doctorate of physical therapy from Wheeling University. He is LSVT-BIG certified in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. He enjoys playing golf, hiking, biking and kayaking. He loves spending time with friends and family, and cheering on a variety of athletic teams including the Pittsburgh Penguins, Green Bay Packers and New York Mets.

Matthew Powell, P.T., DPT

Matt is from Crestwood, Kentucky. He earned a bachelor's degree in health science in 2019 and doctorate in physical therapy in 2021 from Bellarmine University. His clinical interest include cervical, lumbar, shoulder and knee pathologies. Matt enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and spending time with friends and family.

Kim Holmes, PTA

Kim has over 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Jefferson Community College in 1981. She joined the KORT team in 2003 after working for over 20 years at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. Kim is a certified IASTM provider.

Rachel West, PTA

Rachel is from Elkton, Kentucky. She earned a degree as a physical therapy assistant in 2021 from JCTC. Her interests include various shoulder and knee pathologies and working with athletes. Rachel enjoys playing basketball, spikeball, hiking, road trips and spending time with friends and family. Rachel also enjoys going to church and is involved in a Bible study.

Crista Pizer, MAT, ATC

Crista is a native of Toledo, OH. She graduated in 2009 with a master's degree in Athletic Training from the University of Findlay and in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine & Exercise Science from University of Louisville. Prior to becoming an Athletic Trainer, Crista worked at KORT as a Physical Therapy Technician. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society. Crista has an interest in manual therapy, rehabilitation with her athletes, and is certified in the Functional Movement Screen. Outside of work, Crista enjoys spending time with her dogs and watching the Carolina Panthers.

Alysha Buehler, MSAT, ATC

Alysha was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She earned her Bachelor's in Exercise Science at the University of Louisville before obtaining her Master of Science in Athletic Training at Spalding University. Alysha is very athletic, loves sports, and spending time with her family.
